Rotate each set of tiles either in a clockwise or counter clockwise motion until each tile or tiles are facing upward. Move either columns or rows of tiles, until you have figured out the puzzle of each section and have moved them to face upward. Rotate singular tiles which do not belong to a grouping to match the others. Note that red tiles will always turn clockwise and blue ones will always turn counter clockwise, so use them to your advantage when trying to decipher each puzzle.
